Our program is open to those with a passion for beauty and interest in helping people feel their best. We are looking to recruit leaders who are creative, outgoing, and able to effectively communicate with their audience on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Our Medical Influencers should be able to provide advice and guidance on the safe and effective use of our eyelashes, and be willing to collaborate with the company to develop educational content for consumers.

They should have a strong sense of personal style and be able to showcase the eyelash products in a way that resonates with their followers.

 Personal Brand: The influencer should have a personal brand that aligns with the values of the eyelash company and resonates with working women. They should be able to showcase the eyelash products in a way that reflects their own personal style and connects with their followers.

Ethical Standards: The influencer should be committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and be willing to disclose any financial relationships with the eyelash company to their followers. They should also prioritize the safety and well-being of their followers and promote the eyelash products responsibly and ethically.

Knowledge of Working Women's Needs: The influencer should have a good understanding of the needs and challenges faced by working women, especially those in high-stress, demanding professions. They should be able to promote the eyelash products as a tool that can help working women feel confident and put-together, even during long workdays or challenging situations.

 

There is no threshold of followers needed to apply to our program. Each application is individually reviewed.
